Mango Pineapple Medley
Mango Pineapple Medley brings a little juice-bar energy to your own kitchen. Mango and pineapple juices start things off bright and tropical, while frozen strawberries, peaches, and mango give this protein smoothie plenty of fruit flavor and a thick, cold finish. Vanilla protein rounds it all out. It’s an easy breakfast smoothie for mornings when you want something that tastes like a little more effort than pouring, scooping, and pressing a button.

This mango pineapple protein smoothie has a lot going on for such a short ingredient list. Pineapple juice brings the tang, mango juice gives it a sweeter tropical base, and the frozen strawberries and peaches keep every sip from tasting exactly the same. The frozen mango adds body, which helps the whole thing feel more like a smoothie than a glass of juice with protein stirred in.
For an easier morning, measure the strawberries, peaches, and mango into the same freezer bag or container. The equal fruit portions make several bags easy to put together at once. Leave the juices in the fridge and the protein powder dry until you’re ready to blend. That’s the useful part of smoothie prep: you can have breakfast mostly handled without storing a week’s worth of finished drinks.
Add both juices first, followed by the powder and frozen fruit, and give the mango enough time to blend completely. If the mixture needs help moving, stop the blender and add a small splash of water. Start there before pouring in more juice, since that changes the sweetness too. A vanilla powder you enjoy will do a lot for the finished flavor; this is a good excuse to make more use of the tub already in your kitchen.
You can build a surprisingly varied breakfast rotation from a few bags of fruit and the same protein powder. Browse the tropical smoothie recipes for more mango and pineapple combinations, or compare the vanilla protein smoothies before your next grocery run. Add your favorites to the Meaningful Macros Method so breakfast has a place alongside the rest of your weekly meal plan.
