Hi- I’m Bryan (AKA Triple B).

I learned early that health & time are our most valuable resources.

In fourth grade, I was diagnosed with a rare spinal cancer called Ewing’s sarcoma.

I survived- and that experience gave me a perspective most people don’t get until much later: every last second matters, and how we use it matters even more.

That’s why I’ve always felt drawn to challenging myself- often in ways that don’t make much sense to anyone else. After a full year in a hospital bed, chasing hard goals- marathons, triathlons, strength milestones- has become a way for me to honor fourth grade Bryan and what health makes possible.

If you also have goals that don’t make sense to others- or even to yourself sometimes- then you’re in the right place.

The purpose of Meaningful Macros is simple: to empower people to pursue their meaningful health and fitness goals- no matter how absurd or ambitious they may sound to others.

We do this is by valuing you- and your time.

Unfortunately, a lot of people (myself included) have spent far too many of our precious seconds fighting through apathetic, bloated corners of the internet. Recipe blogs built to extract our attention instead of providing value. Endless introductions, intrusive ads, and unnecessary friction- all justified as “engagement” or “search engine optimization”.

Meaningful Macros exists as an alternative.

This site is built for people who are tired of having their time wasted. It’s stocked with 100+ high-protein recipes, all woven into a sustainable meal-prep system we call the Meaningful Macros Method. We’ve spent countless hours obsessing over the details-not just the food, but the experience- so the site actually feels good to use.
