- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup skim milk
- ½ cup finely diced onion

- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- ½ tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
For the Glaze:
- ⅓ cup reduced-sugar ketchup
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
- Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl until just combined- do not overmix!2 lb 93% lean ground beef, ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs, 2 large eggs, ¼ cup skim milk, ½ cup finely diced onion, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, ¼ cup reduced-sugar ketchup, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, ½ tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp black pepper
- Divide into four equal portions (about 8 oz each) and form into loaves. Place one loaf directly in the center of each glass container.
