Welcome to the Training page. I wanted to include a page full of meal prep strategy & training guides like this because the internet is so full of random terrible information. Like there’s good stuff out there, but you have to invest an incredible amount of time & resources to make any of it make sense. This is where I wanted to store everything that I’ve scrounged together & to present it in a way that makes all this cool fitness stuff accessible to everyone.
