Welcome to the Training page. I wanted to include a page like this because the internet is so full of random terrible information. Like there’s good stuff out there, but you have to invest an incredible amount of time & resources to make any of it make sense. This is where I wanted to store everything that I’ve scrounged together & to present it in a way that makes all this cool fitness stuff accessible to everyone. If you just want some simple tips for starting your meal prep journey, hell yeah! There’s a link for my strategy & recommendations. If you want to do an olympic triathlon, that’s sick too! I also have a link explaining what you’re gonna want to know. Moral of the story, this page is designed to present you with a bunch of cool goals you can set & how I recommend going about them!
Begin Your Meal Prep Journey
If you just want my general meal prep philosophy, check out the link below! This is where I lay out how I personally organize my week & my meals, as well as general nutrition concepts that I apply to literally every single challenge that I train for.

Choose your Nutrition Plan
Hopefully, by the time you get here, have a meal prep cadence/process in place. If not, I recommend reading through my meal prep philosophy link. The Nutrition plan is the next step. Pick your poison:
Training for the 1000 Pound Club
This challenge pairs well with a bulk. This challenge entails lifting 1000 pounds (split between bench, deadlift, & squat). Don’t be dumb & do this in a rush or if you’re not prepared, I do NOT want you to hurt yourself. But if you’re ready to lift some heavy stuff… venture further.

Training for a Triathlon
If you want to take on a cool, technical fitness challenge, a triathlon could be the goal for you! These things are super fun, but grueling, & can be a great way to test yourself. Plus, the training doesn’t get boring because you get such a variety of workouts in. Highly recommend for those looking to try something new, but I’ll be the first to admit these things can get pricy.

Completing the 75 Hard Challenge
This one here is a DOOZY & I only recommend for those with the strongest of wills & something to prove. The mental & physical challenge here is intense, but I can guarantee you will see results if you stick to it all 75 days. This is a real test of your discipline, but I put some thoughts together that I think will help!
