Hey, I’m Bryan Billy Botkin (AKA Triple B)

I’ve been meal prepping since my freshman year of college & found that meal prep is basically the way to go in basically every way. I mean, even setting the health aspect aside, meal prepping saves you money, time, & so much brain damage with deciding on what to eat.

I created this site because, honestly, a lot of the blogs out there really ain’t it. Ads up the wazoo, super annoying auto-scroll features, masses of text that no one really wants to read… all to eventually find that the macros on the recipe suck anyway. It’s like they intentionally make it more difficult to get to the damn recipe. This blog erases all of those problems & just gives you a bunch of free & delicious high-protein recipes that you can easily filter based on your goals.

The past few years, I’ve done bulks, cuts, the 75 hard, trained for triathlons, and the whole time I’ve been using the recipes found on this blog. More likely than not, 50%+ of the success in reaching your fitness goals will come from your diet- which is where my blog comes into play. I know I’m not some 0% bodyfat fitness influencer, but the fact that I’m just a regular guy is why you can really trust that this isn’t some crazy unrealistic BS advice!
