Hey, I’m Bryan Billy Botkin (AKA Triple B)

For the past five years, I’ve been meal prepping, lifting heavy, cutting, bulking, and chasing down fitness challenges. Here’s what I’ve learned:

💥Meal prep is a cheat code. It saves time, money, and mental energy. If you’re serious about fitness, you need a plan—winging it won’t cut it.

💥Most recipe blogs are a disaster. Ads everywhere. Pages of pointless rambling. And don’t get me started on the macros. That’s why I built this site: free, high-protein, easy-to-track recipes that actually move the needle.

💥Nutrition is the foundation of everything. Whether you’re training for a triathlon, pushing for the 1000-pound club, or just trying to stay lean, your diet is half the battle. At least.

Look—I’m not some shredded, 0% bodyfat fitness influencer. I’m just a regular dude who lifts, cooks, and stays dialed in. That’s why you can trust this isn’t some unrealistic BS. This is real advice for real people trying to get after it.

If you want a quick-start guide for using the blog, head to the Home page. From there, you can jump to recipes or training guides based on what you’re here for.

Enjoy—and if you’ve got a wild challenge I should take on or a BANGER recipe, hit me up on Instagram @meaningful.macros 👊💥

Cool Stuff I’ve Done!

75 Hard

75 Hard (January 16 – April 1, 2023) – 75 straight days of no BS. No alcohol, two workouts per day, and strict macros. It changed how I approach fitness and discipline.

Olympic Triathlon

A swim, bike, run sufferfest, but one of the coolest things I’ve ever done.

1000 Club

Lifting a combined 1000+ pounds split between bench press, squat, and deadlift.

What I’m Training for Now

Right now, I’m doing a classic cut! I’ll be eating at a 1000 calorie deficit over the next 10 weeks to lose an estimated 20 pounds… while keeping as much muscle as possible. The goal? Get shredded. Check out my cutting weight nutrition guide and my meal prep strategy & come along the ride with me!
