Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl until just combined- do not overmix!
2 lb 93% lean ground beef, ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs, 2 large eggs, ¼ cup skim milk, ½ cup finely diced onion, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, ¼ cup reduced-sugar ketchup, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, ½ tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp black pepper
Divide into four equal portions (about 8 oz each) and form into loaves. Place one loaf directly in the center of each glass container.
In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, honey, mustard, and hot sauce until smooth and glossy.

Brush each loaf with half the glaze mixture.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 min, brushing with the rest of the glaze halfway through, until internal temp hits 160 °F.
Rest 5 min, then seal, cool, and refrigerate. You just meal-prepped four personal meatloaf feasts in their own thrones.
