  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • optional supplements

Instructions
 

  • Add lemonade and mango juice to a blender.
    6 oz lemonade, 2 oz mango juice
  • Add frozen blueberries, ice, and protein powder.
    1 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup ice, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Add supplements, if using.
    optional supplements
  • Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides if needed.
  • Serve immediately.
