Hey, I’m Bryan Billy Botkin (AKA Triple B)

For the past 5+ years, I’ve been meal prepping, lifting, cutting, bulking, and taking on fitness challenges. Here’s what I’ve learned:

💥 Meal prep saves time, money, and brainpower. If you’re serious about fitness, you need a game plan for your diet—winging it doesn’t cut it.
💥 Most recipe blogs suck. They’re overloaded with ads, bloated with fluff, and half the time, the macros are completely useless. That’s why I built this blog: free, high-protein, easy-to-track recipes that actually help you hit your goals.
💥 Nutrition is the foundation of success. Whether you’re training for a triathlon, chasing the 1000-pound club, or just trying to get in better shape, your diet is 50% of the battle (at least).

Look, guys, I know I’m not some 0% bodyfat fitness influencer, but the fact that I’m just a regular guy is why you can really trust that this isn’t some crazy unrealistic BS advice!
